Woolshop T&C's.

By placing an order at woolshop.com.au, you agree to our Terms and Conditions as follows.


Payment.

Woolshop require an upfront payment before we can process and create your order. An exception to this would be if the order was arranged outside of the website.

Payments include, PayPal, VISA and Mastercard.

We can also accept direct deposit or cheque. The order will not be made or shipped until payment has been cleared.

All payments (besides direct deposit and cheque) are made through the PayPal website which offers the best security to protect your personal information.


Guarantees.

We will always endeavor to provide you excellent service and excellent quality goods, therefore if any goods are found faulty within 60 days of purchase, we will replace them for you.


Returning the Goods.

Please email, call or text us to let us know of any faulty goods or damaged products along with the invoice number / transaction number and we will strive to replace and resend the goods as soon as possible.


Refunds.

Woolshop will replace any orders that have been damaged in transit or the goods been faulty. We will not replace orders or refund orders that have been incorrectly ordered or incorrect details given in regards to your order. Any error on behalf of the customer unfortunately does not qualify for refund or replacement.

Tax.

GST is already applied to all products, GST been applied at 10%.


Missing orders.

If an order has not arrived within 14 working days, please email sales@woolshop.com.au and we will chase up your order and attempt to find out where it is.
